Andrew Wells - Co-Founder, CEO
Mr. Wells is a co-founder of Rezilio and brings over 13 years of management and IT experience. Prior to co-founding Rezilio, Andrew served as a Director at Capital One Financial Inc, where he led their Business Intelligence organization. During his tenure, he built an enterprise level business intelligence team of over 30 FTE’s and returned over $75M in NPV to the corporation. Prior to joining Capital One, Andrew held senior level positions in two startup companies; Aprimo Inc. and Epiphany Inc., where he helped build their professional services division from start up capabilities to world class operations. Prior to Epiphany, Andrew was a management consultant for Ernst & Young, LLC helping to lead their Business Intelligence practice. Andrew received his BBA from the University of Georgia with majors in Corporate Finance and Management Information Systems.

Rick Wells - Co-Founder, VP of Technology
Mr. Wells has an extensive background serving in several senior roles in the MMORPG and Game Industry. In his prior role, Mr. Wells served as Rapid Reality’s Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Product Development, overseeing Product Management and Project Management. At Rezilio, Mr. Wells manages an array of internal infrastructure challenges including research and development, internal infrastructure planning and development, product design and product offerings. He also serves a key role in the creative process while managing and planning several other key elements of the company’s operations.

Kevin Dunn – VP of Business Development
Mr. Dunn brings over 15 years of business development, e-commerce, marketing, and financial experience to the company. Prior to joining Rezilio, Kevin operated his own management consulting firm engaging in projects in the consumer package goods, e-commerce, and travel industries. Prior to this, he was the Director of Business Development and Restructuring for Mirant, an International Independent Power Producer. There, he was responsible for strategy development, negotiations and management during the 11th largest bankruptcy in US history. Prior to his position at Mirant, Kevin worked at Delta Air Lines for 13 years. He was the General Manager of Business Development and Ventures responsible for business and strategy developmen t and equity negotiations for various business units: equity investments included Hotwire.com, Cheaptickets.com, Republic Airways, Priceline.com, Site59.com, and others. Also during his tenure, he was responsible for the overall execution of Delta's strategic planning, site development, marketing, and day-to-day operations of www.delta.com. Kevin received his BBA from Georgia State University and will graduate with his Professional MBA from Georgia State University in 2008.

Clay Brice - VP of Sales
Mr. Brice brings over 13 years of experience of management and technology experience to the company. Prior to joining Rezilio, Clay served as Director of Sales for Motorola, where he led the Enterprise’s New Markets group. During his tenure at Motorola Enterprise, he led the New Markets team in delivering 65% growth in new and un-tapped markets, including financial services, telecommunications, automotive, high-tech and healthcare. Previously to this position, Clay was a leader in Motorola’s Global Professional Services start-up organization. During this role, he was responsible for vertical market solutions and business development within the U.S, including strategy, execution, and sales plan for an integrated mobility solution with obtainable market share exceeding $200M annually.

Prior to joining Motorola, Clay held several leadership roles within Cap Gemini, where he helped build the mobile solutions practice within North America. While at Cap Gemini, he was responsible for developing, selling and managing mobile engagements across market segments. Prior to Cap Gemini, Clay was a management consultant at Ernst and Young, LLP, where he helped lead the Telecommunications practice. Clay received a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Aaron Boucher – Platform Architect, Game Technology
Aaron Boucher is a recognized leader in game engine technology. He comes to Rezilio with over 12 years of experience designing and developing 2D, 3D, and multi‑player server related technologies. Mr. Boucher has developed several published MMORPG and casual game titles. He designed and developed the first massively multi-player FPS game platform, the Aura game engine, which is still in use today by many leading development studios. Aaron’s technical capability, experience, and leadership will enable the Rezilio vision for the casual gaming space to become a reality.

Donny Bailey – Director of IT
Donny Bailey is a season veteran in the computer software industry with over 20 years of experience. He has experience developing and managing commercial software products at every stage of the product life cycle from conception through delivery. Bailey comes to Rezilio from NetBank where he led a team that was updating internal and external banking systems to new technology and architecture.

Prior to joining NetBank, Donny was a Development Manager at WebTone Technologies. He was the sole director of the development efforts for WebTone’s largest account, State Farm Insurance. State Farm accounted for over one-third of WebTone’s Professional Services revenue. Prior to WebTone, Donny was the Director of Web Development for Amplified.com. He was responsible for the development and rollout of an online music store for multiple clients. He was also in charge of the day to day operations for Amplified’s online music offerings. These offerings generated over 750,000 unique page visitors per month, and the streaming of over 500,000 songs per month. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.

Alan Carter - Technical Art Director
Mr. Carter has over 10 years game development industry experience and has held many lead and senior roles in several game development studios. Mr. Carter has over eleven titles to his credit, and has worked on many of the leading platforms such as Xbox, PS2, PC and MMORPG. In his prior role, Mr. Carter served as the Technical Art lead for titles at Rapid Reality. Mr. Carter managed, designed and led efforts for production technical specifications, pipeline procedures, technical integration, level design optimization and asset optimization as well as research, identify and design technical features for the Rapid Reality engine and platform. Mr. Carter excelled at identifying and designing methods for improving Rapid’s core technology and the procedures in which it was used, resulting in a more optimized and efficient technology and production pipeline.

Mr. Carter’s deep knowledge and experience in the gaming industry, along with his technical expertise brings the company an invaluable asset to aide in the development of the company’s many titles and the development of the company’s core technology platform.
