After a participant donates and plays in the tournament, the G4C system automatically sends an acknowledgement and thank you email to the participant on behalf of the charity. If the donor opts-in, they can also receive updates providing notifications of their position on the leader board. In addition, a tax deductible receipt is available for download on the event site
