In the course of our business, we may process your personal data to perform various analyses and research to improve our services and develop new solutions.

These analyses include creating dashboards and databases for business purposes, such as improving our integration services, identifying usage trends, modifying our solutions, and conducting compliance or security audits. We do this on the legal grounds outlined above.

Where necessary, we anonymize or aggregate data to ensure that you cannot be identified.

Some processing activities require your free and informed consent, which may be given orally, in writing or electronically. Rezilio will provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing activity for which your consent is required, in accordance with applicable laws.

Your consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time, which will terminate the processing without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that took place prior to the withdrawal.

Use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

As part of the continuous improvement of its services, Rezilio may use artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies to analyze certain data, automate processes, or generate recommendations within its platforms.

These technologies may be used, for example, to optimize plan management, suggest content, or implement improvements designed to enhance the user experience. Decisions generated by our artificial intelligence or machine learning systems are never applied automatically. However, if the transaction fails, Rezilio will require the other party not to use your personal information in any way and to delete it. Any disclosure of personal information to a third party must comply with applicable laws.

We only transfer your personal information to third parties located in jurisdictions that are known to provide an adequate level of data protection, or that have signed a contract with Rezilio to process personal information in accordance with applicable laws. Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, Rezilio will not transfer, disclose or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that its professional service providers or advisors comply at all times with applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information, including the Personal Information Protection Act (Quebec) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada). Rezilio cannot be held responsible for any breach of confidentiality or failure to comply with legal obligations regarding the protection of personal information committed by these third parties when they access the portal or data processed through the platform, whether with the client’s authorization or at its initiative.

Client Content Confidentiality

Rezilio does not access, analyze, disclose, or use the content of data, communications, documents, plans, attachments, or information hosted by its clients, except in the following circumstances:

  • when necessary to provide, maintain, secure, or improve the services;
  • when technical intervention or support is requested by the client;
  • when required to prevent, detect, or investigate a security incident, fraud, unauthorized use, or a violation of the terms of use;
  • when required by law, regulation, court order, or a competent authority.

Access to such information is limited to authorized personnel who require access as part of their duties and who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Prevention of Abuse, Fraud and Security
